• Ceramic wall tiling to loggia – frost proof ceramic pavement with anti slip treatment
• Ceramic wall tiling – in bathroom and toilet to the height of 1,50 meter, in bath area to door height

• Single lever handle combination faucet– chromed
• Bathroom and toilet ventilation is provided by fan with overrun, which exhausts the air through ventilating shafts on roof
